Speaker Anita Among, this morning joined mourners at St. Charles Lwanga, Ntinda, for the requiem mass of the Foreign Service Officer, Martha Okumu-Ringa, who passed away on 29th January in Rome, Italy at the age of 40.
Among mourned the late as a kind and benevolent person, who cared about the well-being of others.
Martha dedicated much of her life to the Foreign Service, representing her country with honor, diligence, and an unwavering commitment to diplomacy.
