The former Presidential aspirant Bulira Frank Kabinga also the President of of Uganda Federal Democratic Organizations wants a unilatal alliance with all opposition forces of change to awaken the sleeping opposition.
Bulira Frank Kabinga was addressing a press conference held at Kolping Hotel at Kavule in Makerere Kampala.
He has expressed disappointment that Ugandan opposition is in slumber and left the Nrm under President Museveni competing himself, he says that the opposition needes to borrow a leaf from his footmarks and oust him. He has called for an opposition forces of change dialogue and pave for a way forward.
He says that the coalition will launch a none violent civil disobidience and constitutional resistance adding thatvin this effort efforts should be gathered to secure protect and defend all arrested victims unlike to-date when people are only communicating on social median.
In a related development the Uganda Federal Democratic Organization is to engage traditional, religious leaders and civil organization to seek for meaning full change and transition of power.
