Highcourt judge Alice Koumuhangi Kaukha has ordered Christopher Okello Onyum to defend himself agaisnt the murders of 4 juveniles at a Day Care centre in Gaba .
This is after Prosecution closes its case with the testimony of 17 witnesses in a bid to prove that 38 year old Chritopher Okello Onyum with malice afore thought attached a day -care centre and hacked to death 4 juveniles.
Now Justice Kaukha has ruled that having evaluated the prosecution evidence, Prosecution has made out a case against Okello that warrants him to defend himself against the 2nd/ April 2026 murder allegations .
Okello has 3 options , either to keep quiete to let court consider the evidence on record, give a sworn testimony where prosecution will cross-examine him ot a unsworn testimony where he tells his story and prosecution will have no chance to prove the authenticity of his evidence.
However in all options , Okello has a chance to call any witnesses to testify in his defence .
