All is not well for city Sociality , Hakim Kibirige aka Kim Swagga , after Shanitah Namuyimbwa aka Bad Black has threatened to sue him for violating the rights of her minor.
“Reference is made to your recent social media posts where you publicly
disclosed information regarding a minor, a one Princess Davinah which has grossly violated her constitutional and statutory rights particularly under Articles 27 and 34(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Uganda, 1995, Sections 3 and 4(g) the Children Act, Cap. 62, and sections 8, 9(1), and 10 of the Data Protection and Privacy Act, Cap 97.” Reads an intention to sue notice from Musangala and company advocates
That Kim Swagga without any permission or valued reason , publicized private and sensitive information, including alleged DNA test results, has subjected Bad Black and the child
to psychological harm, public ridicule, and unwarranted scrutiny, in blatant disregard of the best interests of the child.
Kim swagga has been ordered to present the DNA test results whixh he based on to deny paternity of the kid, secondly avail himself for an Independent DNA test at an agreed health facility.
“Should to adhere to the above demands within the stipulated timelines, we
shall, without further notice, institute both Criminal & Civil proceedings against you for
breach of the child’s privacy, defamation, child neglect and psychological distress
caused, at your own peril, embarrassment and costs.”
Bad Black and Kim Swagga for the past few weeks, have been engaged in social media battle over the rightful parents of Davinah (Black’s child). Kim Swagga publicly denounced that he was not the father of the kid as Namuyimbwa was alleging which left many people with questions on what is next for the child who even adopted a name from the alleged father’s side.
