Owek. Mathias Mpuuga Nsamba and Hon. Juliet Kakande continued their 2026 outreach today in Katwadde Ward, Kasaana Cell – Nyendo–Mukungwe, after engagements in the Northern and Teso regions.
While meeting residents, Owek. Mpuuga encouraged youths—especially those in the boda boda sector—to balance their work by spending four days riding and three days in the gardens. He urged them to plant coffee as a sustainable investment for long-term income.
“We are ready and committed to helping you achieve this,” he told the youth during the engagement.
