Conservative party president Elton John Mabirizi blocks entrance at the Highcourt after he has been denied entry by security operatives.
Mabirizi has decided to peach camp at the Highcourt demanding to have access to the Constitutional court which he accuses of delaying his case .
Mabirizi states that since last year, his matter demanding electrol reforms has not yet been fixed for hearing
