Construction of Paradise Island Resort currently stands at 95 percent

KAMPALA. The construction of Paradise Island Resort on Lake Victoria is taking shape with structural works currently standing at 95 percent completion.

The world-class luxury Resort owned by Ugandan tycoon Dr Sudhir Ruparelia is just 20 minutes by speedboat from Speke Resort Munyonyo, also owned by the same developer with footprint in hospitality ,education among other sectors .

The resort, whose construction began on May 1, 2021, is part of a deliberate push to elevate both domestic and international tourism, offering guests an exclusive blend of luxury, privacy and nature-infused tranquility on the famed lake.

Paradise Island Resort on Lake Victoria showcases modern cliff cottages, villas and natural bird-rich surroundings. It is spearheaded by Ms Sheena Ruparelia, daughter of Dr Sudhir ,who also doubles as chairperson Ruparelia Group of companies .

Paradise Resort development began with 22 units, and an additional 16 units were added during the second phase as demand projections grew.
