The Revolutionary People’s Party President Bulira Frank says that Uganda should engage into a revolutionary battle to change presidency and organize fresh an genuine elections.
Bulira Frank was addressing his rally at at Kasana Luwero district.
He says these elections can’t be trusted for fairness and electing a member of Parliament is a wastage of time saying that it’s better to focus on ousting the president then organize fresh elections as he runs an interim government.
He has expressed disappointment that this government has not managed to develop places depending on the resources they have citing pineapples and said that luwero being the hub of pineapples they should have a juice, jum, cosmetic plant for social economic development of the area.
Meanwhile Bulira Frank has alleged that he was not moving because all his financial resources were curtailed by the state and warned his funders not to facilitate his campaigns.
