H.E President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, also the NRM Party Chairman, this afternoon arrived at the National Leadership Institute (NALI) in Kyankwanzi to officially open the week-long Party leaders’ retreat.
On arrival, Mr Museveni was received by the Vice President, H.E (Rtd) Maj. Jessica Alupo, the Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Thomas Tayebwa, Members of the Central Executive Committee (CEC) and the NRM Secretary-General, Rt. Hon. Richard Todwong among others.
He is now delivering a thematic keynote address to the leaders.
