Police in Mukono are investigating the disappearance of a 25-year-old Uganda Christian University (UCU) student who has been missing since Tuesday, raising concern among students and residents.
The missing student has been identified as Tuwandike Nathan, a resident of Nsibambi A11 (hostel) in Mukono.
According to the Deputy Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson, Luke Owoyesigyire, Tuwandike was last seen on February 25, 2026, in Mukono Town.
He left behind his phone, wallet and other personal belongings at his hostel, which has heightened concern over his disappearance.
Police have launched inquiries into the matter and are appealing to the public for information that could help trace his whereabouts.
We appeal to anyone who may have information regarding his location to report to the nearest police station or contact Mukono Police Station immediately on 0783748109,” Owoyesigyire said.
Police say investigations into Nathan’s disappearance are ongoing.
