This demand has been made by the Overseer of Kampala Born Again pentecostal Bishop Herbert Buyondo after his sumons at the Victory covenant church Namungoona I’m Kampala.

During the same conference Bishop Buyondo warned the Parliament aganist passing laws for a seek of it because several laws have been passed and rendered none productive citing the public order management act.In regards to the sovereignty bill and the just ascented to bill of housing as announced by the building review board Buyondo says that the laws are malicious and ill intended saying that, as the Parliament looks forward to passing them they should remember that the public remains there fall back and will be answerable to the public.End
