Preachers advised to desist from depending on the teith to personal investments: Apostel Alex Mitala

The preachers and priests under the Born Again faith have been encouraged to shift from their conformable zones and adapt to personal investment instead of counting on the ministries’ proceeds.

The appeal has been made by the former over seer and one of the founding members of the pentecostal church in Uganda Appostal Alex Mitala while addressing sections of street, prison and hospital preachers who visited him at hiscresidence in Kiboga Kiboga district.

The preachers under the Victory covenant church fronted by the presiding Bishop of the Born Again faith in Kampala Bishop Herbert Buyondo are believed to siting back and relax yet they have few days of service which has made most of them to abandon there physical involvement in business which has crippled there financial abilities.

Mitala says that the approacher must walk the talk by being examprally to the Flock he says that they should shift from a comfort zone because they won’t earn wealth from it.

Mitala toured the preachers through his farm activities including a milo of coffee plantation, at Katungulu showed them skills of planting coffee at Kyankwanzi together with banana plantations, over 400 acres of maize plantation practiced in a modern commercial farming, a jack fruit plantation harbored on 100 acres and a maize sairol plant, hotculture project among other projects.

He has called upon the government to get closer to farmers and understand there challenges citing the poor maize market, saying that government needs to develop a policy to zone agro products in a bid to assure investors in the. Agro sector of a steady market for particular products.

The Bishop of Kampala Born Again faith Bishop Herbert Buyondo during the tour said that the Born Again preachers should shift from the ancient practices of depending on the teith, and urgedvthem to embrace the covenant tent making course unit which encourages the preachers to engage in business.

Apostle Alex Mitala has also requested the Ministry of Agriculture to esterblish syllous for farmers in order to stabilize production. He cites the price flactuations in maize.
