
For the first time in Uganda’s history, Bukomansimbi District has produced the finalist girl to become Miss Uganda .
Elle Trivia Muhoza, 22 , an aviation graduate was on Saturday night crowned Miss Uganda 2025/26 in a glamorous ceremony at the Sheraton Kampala Hotel.
The event, was a dazzling showcase of Uganda’s cultural heritage, featuring electrifying performances by Aziz Azion ,Grace Nakimera and Tracy Melon.
The finalists impressed judges with their elegance, intelligence, and talent, in what has been described as one of the most competitive Miss Uganda editions in recent history.
Faith Kirabo emerged as 1st runner-up, while Agatha Drakes Keine took 2nd runner-up. Other category winners included; Rebecca Akampulira (Miss Talent), Bathsheba Gift Namugga (Miss Personality), Aminah Nalubega (Miss Popularity), and Patricia Nairuba (Top Model).
Ms Muhoza pledged to use her platform to champion the empowerment of single mothers, particularly those affected by domestic violence. Her advocacy focus highlights her commitment to social transformation alongside her aviation ambitions.
She takes over the crown from Natasha Nyonyozi, who brought continental pride after being named Beauty With a Purpose Overall Winner for Africa at Miss World 2025 for her autism awareness campaign.
