Fresh Dairy has partnered with leading Ugandan chefs in a strategic move to promote the versatility and quality of its value-added dairy products during the recently concluded Uganda Hotel Owners Association (UHOA) Annual Hospitality Expo held from August 1–3, 2025.
The collaboration saw top culinary professionals take centre stage, preparing an array of gourmet dishes using Fresh Dairy’s butter, ghee, and long-life milk. Through live cooking demonstrations and product sampling, over 1,000 expo attendees experienced firsthand how the brand’s dairy products enhance both flavour and nutrition in everyday and gourmet meals.

“Partnering with chefs allows us to bring our products to life in ways that directly engage the food and hospitality industry,” a Fresh Dairy spokesperson said during the event. “This initiative not only demonstrates the culinary potential of our products but also strengthens our connection with professional chefs and consumers.”
Held at the UMA Multipurpose Hall in Kampala, the expo attracted hoteliers, restaurateurs, culinary students, and food lovers from across the country.
The chefs’ demos turned the Fresh Dairy booth into one of the expo’s most vibrant attractions, with visitors sampling signature recipes and receiving tips on incorporating dairy into local cuisines.
The initiative reflects a growing trend in Uganda’s food sector, where brands are collaborating with chefs to elevate product usage and inspire innovation in kitchens both professional and domestic. It also aligns with Fresh Dairy’s broader mission to support nutrition, quality assurance, and local culinary excellence.
As the hospitality sector continues to rebound post-pandemic, Fresh Dairy’s chef-led engagement may set the tone for deeper partnerships between food producers and the creative hands behind the plate.
