
SAUDI ARABIA .
The Ugandan pilgrims, having completed the Hajj rituals, arrived in the holy city of Madina Tuesday evening. The delegation was led by Sheikh Ali Juma Shiwuyu, the Secretary for Hajj and Umrah at the Uganda Muslim Supreme Council (UMSC).

Madina, located approximately 450 kilometers from Mecca , lies within a desert region marked by rugged, high-rise rocky mountains.
Upon arrival, the pilgrims received a warm welcome from the Wefadah Al Zahra team. They will be hosted in the city for the next two days(Wednesday and Thursday) before flying back to Uganda . Their hotel is conveniently located near Masjid an-Nabawi, the Prophet’s Mosque.

Madina is a modern and beautiful city, known for its cleanliness and well-developed infrastructure.
