In a message shared on his official X platform, President Chapo wished President Museveni success as he begins another term in office, expressing confidence in his leadership toward advancing Uganda’s stability, development, and prosperity.

“We congratulate His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on his inauguration as President of Uganda, wishing him success in leading the Ugandan people toward stability, development, and prosperity,” President Chapo stated.

The Mozambican leader further emphasized his country’s commitment to deepening the longstanding friendship and cooperation between Uganda and Mozambique.
