The former Prime Minister of Uganda Rt Hon Amama Mbabazi has cautioned the 12th parliament misrepresentation especially that their generation is considered to be an economic transitional parliament.
Amama Mbabazi was giving his remarks during alauncheon as organized by the titular Head of Islam in Uganda Dr Price Kasimu Kakibingo at his resident Kibuli inKampala.
He says that according to CNOCK Uganda is expected to start drilling its oil from October this year but cautioned that against illicit legislation because the 12 parliament is considered to be an economic trantionsal springboard of the country with good and fair legislation and save Uganda from enjoying the Oil curse.
In his remarks Prince Dr Kasimu Nakibinge emphasized the reason why he convened this meeting with the guest of Honor being the Former Prime Minister Rt Hon Amama Mbamazi saying that he wanted his intention to be clear and not to be misunderstood because he is not a politician. He has called upon the legislators to represent Ugandnas with passion and for the love of it while representing the intentions of Ugandans while in the house.
All parties which managed to front a candidate were represented on this gathering ANT Party President Hon Major Gen Gerigori Mugisha Muntu has xpressed disappointment about the way people in government behave making everything political yet its not always politics saying that they need to understand that the management of those offices will not end to those currently serving in those offices and warned that the same applications will be applied to them after they have left office.
He has also sent a message to the Commander of Defense Forces Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba saying that Uganda needs sanity and to keep the army out of politics just as the constitution recommends that quit the army and act politics
