Uganda Baati Limited on Saturday organized a women-focused empowerment forum at its Kampala headquarters, aimed at advancing professional development and strengthening leadership skills.

Held under the theme “Give to Gain,” the gathering attracted business leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals who explored the value of mentorship and collaboration in career growth. As part of the event, the company introduced an interim leadership framework for the Safal Circles UBL Chapter, a platform intended to formalize support networks and expand leadership opportunities for women connected to the organization.

Speaking during the forum, Chief Executive Officer George Arodi emphasized that investing in women’s empowerment is key to long-term societal and institutional success. He highlighted that inclusive progress contributes to stronger organizations and thriving communities.

Guest of honor Amelia Kyambadde encouraged attendees to be proactive in pursuing their ambitions while also supporting fellow women along their journeys. She underscored the importance of confidence, self-belief, and solidarity in achieving meaningful progress.

With the rollout of this governance structure, Uganda Baati aims to deepen its commitment to inclusive development by implementing structured programs that promote accountability, collaboration, and shared success.
