The public court in Gabba has been forced to stand over the marathon trial of suspected Gaba Day Care attacker after his lawyer pointed out that his client was not emotionally well and needed to he checked by a doctor.
This has prompted the trial judge Alice Komuhangi Kaukha to stand over the proceedings for 30 minutes .
This has irked members of the public who are in attedance as they demanded to know why the court always favours Okello.
By the time of standing over the case, prosecution had presented its 8th witness , an employee of a car rental company where Okello allegedly hired a car to complete his mission.
The witness whose photo was shielded from the press for security reasons , has told court that he runs an on-line car rental business and was contacted by Okello on 12th/ March 2026 via watusp .
