GOMBA . Youthful Ronald Kalema , a close ally of NUP president Robert Kyagulanyi has scooped the party ticket for Gomba District chairperson seat .
Gomba , the district where Kyagulanyi was born and raised is an NRM stronghold but NUP has of recent made some inroads attracting support among the youth who comprise the bigger percentage of current voters in the country . Kalema will tussle it out with George Abigaba who won the NRM ticket for the same position and other candidates other parties will choose .
